In Spring 2026, KAMA Philanthropic Fund confirmed awards of over $57,000 in donations to the community through 2025-2026 fundraising efforts. Funds were awarded to support the KAMA scholarship endowments at the Quillen College of Medicine, University of Tennessee Health Science Center, University of Tennessee College of Nursing, Tennessee Wesleyan University Fort Sanders Nursing School and Pellissippi State Community College Nursing Program. Recipients of KAMA Philanthropic Health Grants include the CCETN Samaritan Place, Cancer Support Community East TN, Emerald Youth Foundation, Interfaith Health Clinic, KAM Foundation's KAPA Kitchen, Knoxville Family Justice Center, Random Acts of Flowers, St. Mary’s Legacy Clinic, Tennessee Medical Foundation, Tennessee Memory Disorders Foundation, and THRIVE. Through the KAMA Health Promotions committee, the Philanthropic Fund also sponsors programs through partnerships in our community. Through our KAMA First Hand program, our members provide meals to families at Ronald McDonald House. |
